140 million BP contract: On October 13, Valaris was awarded a five-well contract by BP Exploration Delta for the VALARIS DS-12 drillship in Egypt.
The project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and last approximately 350 days.
The total value of the contract, including a mobilization fee, is estimated to be $140 million and includes options for three additional wells.
